On April 17 and 18, 2016, the financial and creative camp for training companies was held in the city of Sofia. The event was organized by Junior Achievement Bulgaria, with the support of Citibank. One student company representative and an accompanying teacher were invited to participate.
Within two days we had the opportunity to learn financial and presentation skills, and during the activities took part business volunteers and mentors to the organization - financiers, accountants and others. We were given high-level lectures by several professors at the University of Sheffield, UK. For the two days Junior Achievement Bulgaria covered the costs for food, hotel and training, and at our expense only the transport costs remained.
Together with Mrs. Darinka Stefanova I took part in the financial camp in question, presenting our training company "Arcobaleno". I won third place, for which I received a medal. I think it was an amazing experience in which, in addition to learning a lot, I managed to meet an awful lot of people, some of whom I keep in touch with to this day!
