On November 17, 2016, within the initiative "Manager for a day", which is under the programs of Junior Achievement Bulgaria, MentorMate Bulgaria appointed students to the position of "Human Resources" manager in the IT sector.
MentorMate Bulgaria is a large American IT company in Sofia with a team of over 340 people. She is mainly involved in the development of specialized software.
I was among the four selected by the company. All of the participants had the opportunity to visit the business building of MentorMate Bulgaria, which is located in Sofia. We were able to get acquainted with the work of the "Human Resources" department and how exactly the selection of staff is carried out. At the end of the day we all had different cases on which we had to make a common decision. Each of us did an excellent job, for which he received a certificate from JA Bulgaria for the training.
